Sun Valley Lighting’s popular turn-of-the-century streetlights now feature new VLED™ Optical Modules for precise, energy-efficient LED performance. The VLED™ Modules, featuring Philips/Lumileds Luxeon Rebel emitters, deliver full-spectrum illumination while minimizing light pollution, trespass and glare.
Sun Valley Lighting offers a varied and versatile collection of traditional-styled luminaires with VLED™ modules, including the popular lantern-style Sigma fixture. Many other models and stylings can be viewed on the company website at: www.usaltg.com. The VLED™ Module reflector-prisms utilize the full output of each LED and feature 64 emitters (75 system watts); 80 emitters (94 system watts); or 120 emitters (141 system watts).
Sun Valley’s VLED™ modules are precisely-oriented to produce Type II, Type III, Type IV and Type V-Sq. IES light distribution patterns. The modules can also be field rotated in 90° increments to properly orient the distribution pattern to the site. Rather than delivering comparable lumen levels as HID systems, VLED™ Optical Modules reproduce the minimum footcandle levels of traditional HID optical systems to improve uniformity and reduce power consumption.
All VLED™ Optical Modules are completely sealed and water-tight to withstand rugged outdoor environments and meet IP67 ratings. Advanced thermal control features keep VLED™ junction temperatures cool to maximize system longevity and performance. The LED driver operates with input voltages from 120 to 277V (50/60 Hz) and is independently sealed and UL-listed for wet locations.
Sun Valley Lighting products are entirely manufactured in the U.S.A. to ensure consistent quality, timely delivery and competitive pricing. For more information on Sun Valley Lighting’s VLED™ street fixtures, visit the website at www.usaltg.com or call 800.877.6537 for a product brochure.
