The city of Zephyrhills has traditionally been a rural community in central Florida. The city’s new Two Rivers neighborhood comprises approximately 3,000 acres and will eventually be the site of 6,000 homes. Most communities in the region are lit with conventional post-top streetlights. But the Two Rivers developer wanted something new and different to distinguish the neighborhood, aiming for a more rustic aesthetic.
