Optique Lighting expands its Rozino family with the new Rozino Wall Grazer Mud-In series, bringing the company’s powerful wall-grazing performance to a fully recessed, mud-in installation. Available in 1-inch and 2.5-inch depths, the patent-pending recessed design gives designers the flexibility to create precise, dramatic architectural effects while maintaining a clean, virtually seamless appearance in commercial and high-end residential interiors.

Both versions deliver a focused 10-degree beam angle and more than 4,700 peak candela, providing the intensity needed to accentuate fine textures and architectural details across the full height of a wall.

The 1-inch Rozino wall grazer is designed to install flush into 5/8-inch drywall, with a built-in offset that positions the fixture at an optimal distance from the wall. Its minimal flange also serves as a glare shield, helping maintain a clean, unobtrusive appearance. For 1/2-inch drywall applications, a 1/8-inch spacer can be installed between the drywall and flange for a precise fit.

The 2.5-inch version features a curved reflector engineered to distribute light evenly down large walls, producing a deep grazing effect that emphasizes surface texture. When installed continuously around the perimeter of a room, the fixture can create the visual illusion of a floating drop ceiling, adding a distinctive architectural element without introducing a visible luminaire.

Both models feature a paintable surface, allowing the fixtures to be finished to match surrounding walls or ceilings and virtually disappear into the architecture.
