Alloy LED’s TapeMate™ LED Tape Light & Wire Tri-Way Connector provides a compact, secure solution for connecting LED tape light sections, tape light to wire, or pairs of wire leads. Designed specifically for dry-location tape light installations requiring a 90-degree turn or tri-way connection, the connector provides secure, continuous runs without additional lead wire.

The durable, crack-resistant clear plastic housing provides a secure connection designed to minimize failures and callbacks, while a pre-installed 3M VHB™ adhesive backing simplifies installation and provides excellent strain relief. The connector is available in multiple sizes to fit Alloy LED’s PrimaLine™ and Varien™ tape lights and accommodates solid-core, tinned and stranded wire. Installers can also bring their own 16-gauge or smaller wire directly to the connector.

With an 8-amp capacity, TapeMate supports longer tape light runs on a single connector. Its compact design makes it particularly useful for installations requiring tight turns, including toe kicks, coves, cabinets and other space-constrained applications. Each connector includes a pre-installed 6-inch lead of 20 AWG, CL2 in-wall-rated wire with tinned leads and a custom-designed screwdriver for installation.
