Forty-two percent of respondents reported “better” conditions, 16 percent reported “worse,” and 42 percent indicated conditions were unchanged. Compared to the prior month, the distribution of responses showed a meaningful improvement, with a larger share reporting better conditions and a smaller share indicating deterioration. Read more
