DIRECTOR, PRODUCT MARKETING
The Director, Product Marketing will be the unifying force behind Kenall’s product strategy and execution. This is an important and strategic role within the company, and our expectations are equally high. This position will be responsible for leading a team of product marketing managers to plan and position Kenall’s best-in-class products in the marketplace to ensure our competitive advantage and drive revenue. Working closely with Kenall’s sales and product development teams, you will identify new opportunities, develop business strategies, implement marketing and communications plans and monitor product and market segment metrics. Lead the internal process to create the business, market and product plan, and conduct competitive research and analysis for market segments. Determine future market potential of cutting-edge lighting solutions to ensure profitable revenue growth opportunities. Develop a network of key players within the industry including key specifiers and end users.
This position requires significant experience from within the lighting industry (technical, engineering, applications, standards, etc.) with demonstrated success launching high-quality products. Understanding of manufacturing and business concepts, methods, product design and materials. “Roll up your sleeves” attitude, action-oriented driven individual, self-starter and ability to work in a team environment required. BA/BS, MBA with a concentration in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Some travel is required to participate in high level sales calls.
