Analyze customer requests and provide information in response to inquiries about products and pricing. Enter, process and track complex sales orders using MAS200 and Synergy. Prepare price quotes. Handle/resolve complaints and solve problems quickly. Maintain liaison with applications, engineering, purchasing and production departments.
Mandatory (2) years customer service experience.
Mandatory (1) year lighting or electrical experience.

Inside sales and marketing experience a plus.
MAS90 or MAS200 a plus.
Synergy or other paperless office system a plus.
Reliable and self-managed. Personable and comfortable on the phone. Strong communications skills. Detail oriented. Ability to take direction and follow-through. Analytical/enjoys problem-solving. Adapts to evolving priorities. Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Job location: Oceanside, CA.
