Manage, develop and facilitate all lighting educational program for Osram Sylvania Inc personnel and their customers in order to improve knowledge of OSI's products and applications. Develop and initiate new and evolving educational programs and seminars, including web-based programs for end users and OSI employees. Develop education and training programs for products including energy efficient lighting technologies and systems. Create instructional content and edit using appropriate software including Camtasia, Photoshop and Flash. This position involves direct involvement with all sales channel managers. Participate in sales focused teams and contribute to lighting industry events including Lightfair and OSI National Sales Meetings. Responsibilities for NAFTA region.

BS or BA in Engineering, Architecture, Science or field related to the technical training of lighting.

8-10 years of lighting, engineering, industry technical sales and marketing or related experience.

Superior English language skills in presentation and technical writing required. Extensive knowledge of lighting design, technology, applications and lighting industry issues. Thorough understanding and knowledge of Solid State Lighting (LED) technology.

NCQLP Lighting Certification or ability and willingness attain LC during first year of employment.

LEED desired.
