Kenall, a leading manufacturer of high performance lighting for commercial/architectural use, has a great career opportunity for an experienced, certified Project Manager to: direct and manage projects from beginning to end; define the project scope, goals & deliverables that support Company objectives; identify required resources and assign responsibilities. Must proactively manage change, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans to bring projects to successful completion. Responsibilities include: plan, schedule and track project timelines/milestones using appropriate tools; and develop/deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation and presentations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, PM certification and a minimum of 5 years experience in a Project Management role from within a structured/technical product development/design environment.  Position requires proficiency with portfolio-type project management software and the ability to train others on such. The successful candidate must be persuasive, encouraging and motivating; deadline-oriented; and possess strong presentation and leadership skills. Position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
